I/We the undersigned, do hereby WITHDRAW ALL PRIOR SUPPORT to petition the Mendocino County Planning Department and the Mendocino County Board of Supervisors to establish the aforementioned CP Combining District and include my real property located at:
I/We have been informed of the pertinent information contained within Chapter 20.119 “CP” Commercial Cannabis Prohibition Combining District which provides for an Opt-Out zone to keep Commercial Cannabis grows out of residential neighborhoods.
At the time I/We gave our support to the petition to establish the proposed CP Combining District, I/We did not understand how our property rights would have been affected. Knowing these potential affects I/We hereby withdraw, rescind, void My/Our prior support, and hereby declare that I/We am/are against the establishment of the aforementioned CP Combining District.
